If you forget your password to access the e-learning platform, please send an email to
elearningsupport@mashreq.edu.sd
It should contain:
1. A scan of your University Card
2. A scan of a valid ID (national number, ID card, passport or a driving license)
Please ensure the quality of the sent scans, so that you will receive a response within 24 hours.
The E-Learning Department will give you a new password (university card serial number), and then you can change it upon logining to your account.
