**Important Announcement Regarding the Postponement of Supplementary and Alternative Exams**
Greetings,
With Al-Mashreq University’s commitment to your academic future, consideration for the circumstances of students currently abroad, and adherence to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the administration of exams within the Republic of Sudan, the Secretariat of Academic Affairs announces the following:
**1. The start of the supplementary and alternative exams for the current academic year is postponed to Saturday, November 14, 2026, instead of the previously announced date.**
**2. All announced supplementary and alternative exams will be held at the University’s main campus in Khartoum North (Khartoum Bahri).** This postponement aims to provide additional time for students currently outside Sudan to settle their affairs and finalize travel and return arrangements, enabling them to sit for the exams at the University’s campus in Khartoum North alongside their peers who are already in the country.
Accordingly, we urge students currently abroad to take the initiative to finalize their return arrangements early, prepare to sit for the exams on the scheduled date, and stay updated on official announcements issued by the University regarding relevant schedules and arrangements.
