Signing of an academic cooperation protocol between Al-Mashreq University and the Arab Academy in Cairo. The protocol was signed on behalf of Al-Mashreq University by Dr. Nizar Khalil Al-Halab, Vice President of the University, and on behalf of the Arab Academy by Professor Abdul Basit Al-Jamal, President of the Academy.
